This Uniden BCD996P2 scanner is in good used condition. It has a few light scratches to the top as well as a custom mount and Velcro attached to the bottom (see photos). The front panel looks nice and there are no issues to note with the buttons, screen, or knobs. This scanner works great. Included with the scanner is the DC power cable. No external antenna is included. Purchase is covered under our 30 day warranty.
