This radio has been used but is in great shape. The exterior has no major wear and is pretty nice with minimal dust. this unit has no major issues and works great. All controls are responsive and the text is all legible. This unit is very nice and comes with all accessories such as the charger, power cord, antenna, belt clip, wrist strap, and manual. This unit comes within the original box. Does not have GMRS denotation.
