U17905 AS IS Heathkit DX-40 HF Base Transmitter **For Parts/Repair**

This transmitter is in decent cosmetic shape everywhere but the back and is fairly clean. The text is all clear and intact, except for the back which has no text and is missing the paint. The meter on the front is clear and readable, but is loose as a whole compartment and spins. The attached power cord contains some dust, but is in good shape. Comes with the manual and a guide. The transmitter has not been tested in any way and is being sold fully AS IS with NO WARRANTY.
