U17884 Used ICOM IC-38A FM VHF Mobile Transceiver 

This ICOM IC-38A mobile transceiver is in very good used condition, especially for its age. The radio has some light scratches to the sides, some small nicks to the top, and some dust in some of the small gaps. All of this said, this radio is still very nice all around and the front of this unit is also very nice. This radio powers on and works as expected. No issues are noted with the buttons, knobs, or screen. Included with purchase is an Icom HM-23 microphone and our 30 day warranty.
