U17347 AS IS Untested Yaesu FL-2100B 1200W Vintage Linear Amplifier

This Yaesu FL-2100B is being sold as-is and has not been tested in store. The attached plug is wired for use on 120V. The exterior of this unit is in very good shape, with no major cosmetic issues, just some general wear and dust as expected for an older unit. This unit seems to have been well kept, with the connections being nice, all text being intact, and sturdy knobs. Comes with no accessories and is not in the original box. This amplifier has not been tested and is being sold as is. Still seems nice and has no major exterior issues to note.

This amp is from an estate. It has been kept indoors in a nice clean environment for many years. It has not been powered up in at least eight years. The capacitors will most likely need to be changed before power is applied

The Yaesu FL-2100B is a 1200 watt, grounded grid class B, linear amplifier that is a great match for the FT-101E/EE/EX transceiver. It features dual meters of the front panel. This amp features two rugged 572B final tubes and operates 3.5-4, 7-7.5, 14-14.5, 21-21.5 and 28-30 MHz. Power input is 1200 watts PEP SSB, 800 watts CW (50% duty cycle) and 600 watts on AM/RTTY. Plate voltage is 2400 VDC. Required drive is 30 to 100 watts. Requires 100/110/117/200/220/240 VAC 50/60Hz 2100 watts. The rear panel has 50 ohm SO239 input and output jacks. 13.5 x 6 x 11.5 inches 41 lbs. (340x153x285mm 18.5 kg).
