U17299 Used Amp Supply Co. LK800-NT Amplifier and PAC-8 Power Pac

This amplifier is in great shape. The exterior is very nice and has very few minor issues. This unit is pretty clean, has been very well kept, and works very well. The meters are clear and legible, the text is intact, the switches are sturdy, the knobs spin well, and the connections on the rear are very nice and functional. This unit's power "pac" is also very nice, but it has a bit more wear an dust on the exterior. It is still very nice and functional, and everything with this unit works and has been well kept. Comes with the manual.

There was one modification done. Originally the fan was temperature controlled. Now when the amplifier is ran on the high power position (full plate voltage) the fan runs on full speed. There is really no need to run it on high power though. Low power makes near legal limit on all bands. High power exceeds 2000 watts and maybe even a lot more

This amp runs Three 3CX800 tubes. If you are not familiar with these tubes please do not buy this amp. They are expensive and very easily damaged by higher drive levels. This is not an amp for everyone

This amp is a keeper and they do not come up very often. This is the first no tune version of this amp that we have seen

We would rather you come pick it up in the store. If you need it shipped we will have to build a small crate for the transformer. Please allow us some time to do so
