U16901 Used Hal Communications DXP38 DSP HF Radio Modem

This unit is in good shape. There are no major cosmetic defects, just some small scratches on the top panel and nothing else that is noticeable. This unit is pretty clean overall and works well. All text is fully intact and the connections on the back of this modem are both clean and sturdy. It comes with the power adaptor and a manual. Unfortunately, it is not in the original box.
