U16866 AS IS ICOM IC-706 HF/VHF/UHF All Mode Transceiver Burnt Screen

This radio does work, but the screen is very burnt in. It is being sold as is because of this major issue. The exterior has some noticeable scuffs and scratches, as well as just some general wear. There is also some dust on the exterior, but that's not much concern. The connections are nice and sturdy, all text is legible, and all buttons and knobs work well. This unit comes with no accessories and is not in the original box. Radio and control head only
