This handheld transceiver is in great condition. It has very few signs of previous use, as it has no major cosmetic issues. There is only a bit of dust on the exterior. There are no performance related issues with this item at all. Everything here has been well kept and held in the original box. The buttons click nicely, the knobs spin smoothly, and the screen looks great. This unit comes with the wall adaptor, battery pack,  and antenna. No original box, manual, or other accessories sadly
