    This is an authentic icom desktop charger. It works as expected and makes charging the HT much easier. Supports both battery sizes and can charge the batteries either connected to the HT or by themselves (w/o the radio).

    Nice charger. Works fine for the BT-271 and BT-272 battery packs for the ID31A/51A series D-Star radio I recently purchased. Allows for faster recharging than the wall-wart supplied with the radio.

    Thankfully, MTC sells the charger for less than the other amateur radio vendors.
