This model came in new from the factory, Paul, our new service tech had it and had to go all through it to help learn to repair the new Taurus amp. All boards and many parts were changed out, not because they were bad or anything but just for training purposes. It has been re-calibrated per factory specs. It is an open box item but will still come with full warranty as new
