The new Kirisun TP-660 UHF DMR handheld transceiver will deliver superior communications for all of your Amateur (HAM) or Commercial/Business radio DMR needs in the most extreme of environments . The TP-660 provides crystal clear DMR digital audio for both your local and DX DMR QSO’s.
The TP-660 is ruggedly built and has been designed to meet both IP55 and MIL-810C/D/E/F/G standards
DMR’s two time slot transmission system reduces your transmit time by half and in turn provides you with longer talk time. The 2000 mAH Li-ion battery included with the TP-660 gives you 14 hours of operating time using standard analog FM mode and 16 hours of operating time in Digital DMR mode.
Crystal clear DMR digital audio is achieved using the AMBE+2 vocoder, which will provide consistent excellent digital audio throughout your favorite repeaters coverage area with no noise or fading even in low lying areas. The TP-660 has a powerful 1.6 watts of audio of output power to insure loud crisp receive audio.

When I first received this radio I knew nothing about how DMR worked. I figured at this price I could throw it away if it didn't work. It took me buying a competetor's radio and learning how to program it to get this one going. I didn't understand the programming software until then. Once I understood the process it all came together. Very nice radio for the money.

Works great on two local repeaters. Have gotten good signal reports. The audio sounds great according to signal reports. Can't beat the current special price.

The rig has received good signal reports on two local repeaters. Never heard of the brand before. I had to change the antenna on my hotspot for the the rig to receive the audio. When operating through the hotspot the rig got great signal reports.
