I like this scanner, really. It was a bit of a learning curve versus the GRE scanners I am used too, but when it all clicks into place in your head, it is a joy to use.
If I had seen that the LCN finder/Trunking Analyzer was not yet implemented, I would have NOT bought this scanner at this time. That was the main reason I wanted this scanner. The implementation date for this feature is unknown.
Sensitivity on 800MHz is on par with my Motorola portables. The airband coverage is not as good, I clearly hear the tower at SJU on my Icom A24 yet cannot hear it at all on the scanner sitting side by side. Went outside, could still not hear it. Didn't buy this for Airband, but FYI. Trunked tracking works very well. I absolutely love the Discovery Search function with audio recording of hits.
As it is, it is good, but not quite worth the money I spent. With the Analyzer/LCN finder working...it would be worth every dime.

Although my time with the scanner has been relatively short, I am impressed with the features and its performance. MTC is also a great retailer to work with - they offer great service at a competitive price.
