Product Description

Slider Slicker Sliding Glass Door Track Lubricant

Works great for sticky windows and noisy car doors too.  We have even used on the Commercial Glass door here in the shop! Good Stuff..

A dry, Rub-on, Stick Lubricant specifically formulated for easy application to sticky or binding sliding glass door tracks. Adds years of life and eases movement. Easy application: Rub lube stick sparingly along entire length of binding track surface. Re-apply if needed. Made in the USA.

Slider Slicker is a Dry , Rub-On, Tracking System Lubrication Stick
Addition of lubrication oils and Teflon slightly soften and add lubrication properties to the hydrocarbon foundation wax.

Slider Slicker is best suited for binding hard surfaces under high pressure.
Heavy sliding glass doors on worn rollers and rough window tracks are a perfect application.
Over time door rollers wear, flatten out and stop turning alltogether. A glass door in this condition becomes a battle to open and close. Under many circumstances, replacement of the rolling door hardware or track is either very difficult or unattainable. Simply rub slider slicker on the lower supporting track and any other visible binding door surfaces of the door, allowing the unit to slide nicely and provide an acceptable useable door system once again.

Slider Slicker is solid and will not dry out, wash away or attract much dirt.
Spray oils and greases are well suited for many lubrication applications but wear off quickly and are messy, wet and dirt attracters.

Other Slider Slicker Uses :
Aluminum Extention Ladders can be a real hassle to handle after time when they become bent or worn. Application of Slicker along the length of the interlocking surfaces frees them up real fast and does not leave a residue which gets on your hands or makes it slippery.
Metal Filing Cabinets: Lots of old style metal filing cabinets and shop storage drawers slide in a metal track and over time become arguementative. Rub the slicker on the weight bearing track surfaces to free up the drawers.
Zippers; Metal zippers on boats and rv's become stuck and often break due to jamming. Rubbing slicker along the closed zipper teeth and sliding a few times distributes the lubricant into the zipper teeth and eases opening and closing. Works pretty well.
Screws: Long screws driven into hard woods can be difficult. A bit of slicker on the threads makes them go in alot easier.
Saw Blades: Hacksaws cutting metal, lubricated with slider slicker on the teeth and faces of the blade make the cutting job much easier. Saws-All, Garden hand saws, etc.
Note: Slider slicker will deposit on decorative woods and cause problems with staining and painting.
