    The Kenwood TH-D74 OEM software is not bad. But, I wanted to easily transfer programming data from my Yaesu to the TH-D74. RT systems is the way to go to do that. I ordered the RT Systems software and when I opened it was the wrong software but it was labeled correctly. I e-mailed MTC about it around 6:00 PM. I knew they were closed. I was just doing it to get it out of the way. I was expecting an answer the next day or two. To my surprise Richard e-mailed me just a little while later that same evening and asked me if it was OK to to handle it tomorrow. I said that was fine. I knew the supplier would not be open that late. The next day Tammy contacted me and arranged to have the correct software e-mailed to me. Shortly afterwards I got the correct software and was on the air. In my 35 years as a ham, I have never received such good service before from a ham radio store. I recommend MTC. Richard will take good care of you.
